Arrival and departure

Upon arrival at Bungalowpark de Rietberg you should report to reception. Here you will receive the key and we will personally take you to your bungalow. If you arrive later than 17.00 on the day of arrival, you need to inform reception by telephone in advance.

Payments

Upon reservation, you must transfer 50% of the rental fee within 5 days to:

Upon receipt of the first deposit, we will send you a confirmation. The remainder must be transferred within 6 weeks before the start date, also to the above account. It is not possible to pay by pin at the park; the final bill must be paid in cash, or transferred on the spot.

Bungalowpark De Rietberg is registered with the K.v.K. Apeldoorn no. 89715306, VAT no. 865074288.

When does the rental period at our vacation park begin and end?

For full weeks, the rental period begins on start date after 3 p.m. and ends on termination date before 9 a.m.

Pets

Dogs and/or cats are allowed in our bungalow park on a limited basis for a fee. You must report this in advance. There is a charge of €30 per pet per mid-, week, weekend. There is also a mandatory final cleaning upon departure, regardless of which type of bungalow you are staying in.

What do you take care of yourself
  • Linen; all beds have single comforters, for double beds you do need to bring a double bottom sheet. Linen can also be rented at €14.50 per package per person.
  • Towels; possibly for rent at €12.50 per package.
Children's furniture

Camping beds and high chairs are available for rent at the bungalow park. Per item is charged €7.50 per mid-, week, weekend.
